Today was a 8.3km run around my usual track. I was able to increase my speed a little (from 9.16km/hr to 10.2 km/hr) so it looks like my body is starting to get used to the stress and strain of long-distance running. Spotted a few kangaroos along the way too.
Session:
8.3km run over 48:51 mins.

Session:
16 50m laps over 22 min:
2 lap warm up
3×4 lap with 60 sec rest
2 lap cool down
