Half Marathon Training Day #3: 8km Hills

Hills on the treadmill at the gym today watching the top 10 music countdown on Channel V. Interesting note: the top 5 spots were all collaborations. I’m sure there is a management theory somewhere in that.

Session:

8km hills on a treadmill in 49:20 min.

Results:
