Half Marathon Training Day #4: A Walk with My Family

It was supposed to be a rest day, but went for a walk with Mel and Ava to the nearby duck pond. I decided to test out the GPS functionality of my Blackberry, so I decided to download a GPS logger. I configured it to log GPS co-ordinates every second and to export to a KML file format. This was the result.

Session:

54 min walk.

Results:

  • Average Heart Rate: forgot my heart rate monitor (again)
  • Max Heart Rate: forgot my heart rate monitor (again)
  • Calories Burned: 220 (est)
  • Number of Blackberry devices that I was able to test its GPS functionality: 1
