Half Marathon Training Day #8: Interval Training

A cold and wintry day greeted my interval training session. Felt good early, but was sucking in the O2 at the end.

  • Max Heart Rate: 180

    I have been using the free 12-week Half Marathon Training Program on LifeSpace.com for my race in August. It keeps me on track and has links to some very useful information as well.
